What happens in Core Systems Co-Build?
Meet our 12-week action plan for your Dubsado account:

Weeks 1-4 are Phase 1——our Design Phase.
This is where we map out your workflows for your signature services, and start creating all your supporting resources (like canned emails, forms, and automations)——made easy thanks to my Resource Design Library, so you’re never starting from a blank page.

Weeks 5-8 are Phase 2——our Build Phase.
This is where we start taking all our carefullly designed steps and resources from Phase 1 and input them into Dubsado, in a way that’s organised for easy use and maintenance.

Weeks 9-12 are Phase 3——our Play Phase.
This is where we road-test everything we’ve built and get you feeling confident using your systems in practice scenarios (without worrying about sending the wrong form or invoice to clients!)

Can we work with another CRM in this offer, or can we only co-build in Dubsado?
Yes, this offer is only for Dubsado——if you're unsure whether Dubsado is the tool you want to use for client management in your business, I recommend getting in touch to arrange a free 15-minute consultation call where we can chat about your business and what you need from your systems in more detail.
How much time do I need to prioritise each week for Core Systems Co-Build? Will I be able to keep up?
My goal in designing this offer has been creating a curriculum and project roadmap that’s accessible and manageable for a range of different neurotypes, (dis)abilities, and energy levels.
Core Systems Co-Build should require approximately 2-3 hours of work per week, plus one 1:1 call a month, and one (optional) community co-working call a month.
This projected number of hours is subject to beta tester feedback when this service runs for the first time in Q2 2026. However, I’m committed to making sure that all beta testers get the support they need to successfully test this offer and work through the Core Systems Co-Build curriculum.

Yes! Core Systems Co-Build has been designed so the curriculum and resources will support you in getting your Dubsado account finished, regardless of whether you’re starting from scratch or have some spring cleaning to do with your existing set-up.
I’ll also get to know what your background/experience is with using Dubsado before Core Systems Co-Build begins, so I can give you the tailored support you need throughout this project.
