Your brain and body already know exactly where your processes aren't supporting you, even if you can't explain it, and even if you don't know how to fix it (yet).
Your first Reflection Questionnaire (which you'll complete before we get started) will allow me to identify our focus areas, and begin mapping out your improved SOPs.
We won't rush into big decisions on Day 1—because the best decisions about Service Delivery Design and Processes are made with intention. That's why our first 60-minute call and Week 1 of your Rebalancing Review are about slowing down, listening to what your brain and body are saying, and taking the time to properly understand what's not working in your workflow and why. This means that the options for improved processes we map out together will be uniquely yours.

We'll spend Week 2 of your Rebalancing Review turning our decisions from Week 1 into your Core Logistics SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Service Delivery Cheatsheet—AKA the resources you can refer back to and rely on to make service delivery easy when you're overwhelmed, exhausted, or when overthinking strikes.
Not only will we break each step of your Service Delivery down into 'Client Action' and 'Service Provider Action' steps, I'll also highlight where Dubsado Workflows (automations) can be introduced in a way that's intentional, helpful for you in simplifying your workload, and enhancing your client experience.
